Before you call

Three questions before you call

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The first 30 minutes and an initial tariff view are free — we prefer to discuss engagement and fees once both sides understand the project.

What should I prepare?

A product list (models, HS codes or descriptions of use), target markets, expected annual export volume and the problem you are facing. That is enough for a first discussion.

Will you contact my customers or suppliers?

No. Every project is covered by an NDA. Customer names, suppliers and contact details are used only for that project and are never disclosed or reused without written consent.
